الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية

باستخدامك موقع FORGED أو إنشائك حساباً أو اشتراكك في أي باقة، فأنت توافق على ما يلي. إن لم توافق فيرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
١. الخدمة
FORGED خدمة تدريب لياقة بدنية عن بُعد: برامج تمرين وتغذية وتتبّع تقدّم ومتابعة من المدرب عبر الموقع والتطبيق. الخدمة إرشادية ولا تُغني عن الاستشارة الطبية.
٢. الصحة والمسؤولية
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تدخلها (الإصابات، الحالة الصحية، الحساسية) وعن إبلاغ المدرب بأي تغيّر.
- استشر طبيبك قبل البدء بأي برنامج تمرين أو تغذية، خصوصاً مع وجود حالة صحية أو إصابة أو حمل.
- توقّف فوراً عن التمرين عند الشعور بألم أو دوخة أو ضيق نفس، واطلب المساعدة الطبية.
- لا يتحمّل FORGED والمدرب مسؤولية أي إصابة أو ضرر ناتج عن عدم الالتزام بالتعليمات أو عن إخفاء معلومات صحية.
- النتائج تختلف من شخص لآخر ولا نضمن نتيجة محددة.
٣. الحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ سنة فأكثر، أو تستخدم الخدمة بموافقة ولي أمرك.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرّية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك. الحساب شخصي ولا يُشارَك.
- يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة.
٤. الاشتراك والدفع
يتم الاشتراك والدفع داخل التطبيق عبر Apple، وتُحدَّد الباقة وسعرها ومدتها (1 أو 3 أو 6 أو 12 شهراً) في شاشة الشراء. يُحصَّل المبلغ من حساب Apple عند تأكيد الشراء، ويتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك وإلغاءه من إعدادات حسابك في App Store، وتخضع طلبات الاسترجاع لسياسة Apple. أما الباقات المتفق عليها مباشرة مع المدرب خارج التطبيق فتخضع لما تم الاتفاق عليه. للاستفسار تواصل مع المدرب.
٥. المحتوى الذي ترفعه
الصور والفيديوهات والقياسات التي ترفعها تُستخدم لغرض التدريب والمتابعة فقط، ويطّلع عليها المدرب ومدرب التغذية. لا ننشر صورك أو فيديوهاتك علناً دون موافقتك الصريحة. تتعهّد برفع محتوى يخصّك فقط وعدم رفع محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون.
٦. حقوق الملكية
البرامج والتصاميم والنصوص والشعار ملك لـ FORGED، وتُمنح لك رخصة شخصية غير قابلة للتحويل لاستخدامها لنفسك فقط. يُمنع نسخها أو بيعها أو إعادة نشرها أو مشاركتها.
٧. الخصوصية والبيانات
- ما نجمعه: الاسم والبريد والجوال، بيانات الملف الشخصي (العمر، الطول، الهدف، الإصابات)، القياسات والصور والفيديوهات، سجلات التمرين، الرسائل مع المدرب، وإن سمحت بالربط مع Apple Health: الخطوات ووزن الجسم.
- بيانات Apple Health: تُقرأ فقط بإذنك، وتُستخدم لعرض تقدمك لك ولمدربك فقط، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث. يمكنك إلغاء الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الآيفون ← الصحة.
- لماذا: لتصميم برنامجك ومتابعته والتواصل معك وإرسال الإشعارات التي تفعّلها (تذكيرات، رسائل المدرب، انتهاء الراحة، التشجيع اليومي).
- من يطّلع عليها: المدرب ومدرب التغذية فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها للإعلانات.
- الاستضافة والمعالجة: تُخزَّن بياناتك لدى مزوّدي خدمات تقنية موثوقين (استضافة وقاعدة بيانات وإشعارات) بحماية وصلاحيات وصول محددة.
- إشعارات الجوال: اختيارية ويمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات حسابك أو من جهازك.
- التحليلات: قد نستخدم أدوات تحليل لا تعتمد على كوكيز لفهم استخدام الموقع، ونسجّل الأخطاء التقنية لإصلاحها.
٨. حذف حسابك وبياناتك
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً في أي وقت من «ملفي ← الشروط والحساب ← حذف حسابي نهائياً». يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف بياناتك وصورك وفيديوهاتك وسجلاتك ومحادثاتك ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. للاستفسار عن بياناتك أو طلب نسخة منها تواصل معنا.
٩. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using the FORGED website, creating an account or subscribing to any plan, you agree to the following. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
FORGED is a remote fitness coaching service: training and nutrition programs, progress tracking and coach follow-up through the website and app. It is guidance only and does not replace medical advice.
2. Health & liability
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (injuries, health conditions, allergies) and for telling your coach about any change.
- Consult your doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, especially with a medical condition, injury or pregnancy.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek medical help.
- FORGED and the coach are not liable for injury or harm resulting from not following instructions or from withheld health information.
- Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or use the service with your guardian’s consent.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
- We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.
4. Subscription & payment
Subscription and payment are handled inside the app through Apple. The plan, price and duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings, and refund requests follow Apple's policy. Plans arranged directly with your coach outside the app follow the terms agreed at the time. Contact your coach with any question.
5. Content you upload
Photos, videos and measurements you upload are used only for coaching and follow-up and are visible to your coach and nutrition coach. We never publish your photos or videos without your explicit consent. You agree to upload only your own content and nothing abusive or unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
Programs, designs, text and the logo belong to FORGED. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself only. Copying, selling, republishing or sharing them is not allowed.
7. Privacy & data
- What we collect: name, email and phone; profile data (age, height, goal, injuries); measurements, photos and videos; workout logs; messages with your coach; and, if you allow the Apple Health connection, steps and body weight.
- Apple Health data: read only with your permission, used only to show your progress to you and your coach, never used for advertising and never shared with third parties. You can revoke access any time in iPhone Settings → Health.
- Why: to build and follow your program, communicate with you and send the notifications you enable (reminders, coach messages, rest-timer end, daily motivation).
- Who sees it: your coach and nutrition coach only. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- Hosting & processing: your data is stored with trusted technical providers (hosting, database, notifications) under restricted access.
- Push notifications: optional; turn them off in your account settings or on your device.
- Analytics: we may use cookie-free analytics to understand site usage and log technical errors to fix them.
8. Deleting your account & data
You can permanently delete your account at any time from “My profile → Terms & account → Delete my account permanently”. This deletes your data, photos, videos, logs and chats and cannot be undone. To ask about your data or request a copy, contact us.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law & contact
